Belmont West Construction, awarded as the Prime Contractor, complete site reposition on a substantial portion of the existing parking lot. Installed new utilities including domestic water, sewer, and electrical to service two modular classrooms and restrooms. Installed new enhanced concrete ramps and landings for accessible (ADA) path of travel.
